The Bride Who Wore Black: Tithy's Three-Piece Wedding Look

A custom bridal vision inspired by Selena, reimagined with drama, sensuality, and unapologetic individuality.

Tithy knew one thing from the very beginning: she was going to wear black.

She wasn't searching for a traditional wedding gown. She wanted something dramatic, sexy, and elegant. Something that would make a statement while feeling unmistakably her own.

Our story began on Facebook, where Tithy was searching for a black interpretation of a wedding gown that had captured her imagination. But as we explored her vision, a new source of inspiration emerged.

After seeing influencer Tiarra Marie's bridal bell-bottoms, Tithy found herself drawn to a different silhouette. A longtime Selena fan, she loved how the dramatic flared pants recalled the iconic performer's style. Suddenly, her bridal vision began moving in an entirely new direction.

There was another meaningful layer to her story. Having recently lost 100 pounds, Tithy wanted to celebrate her figure in something that made her feel extraordinary.

She wasn't interested in looking like every other bride.

She wanted to look like Tithy.

THE MAKING OF HER GOWNS

Dreams taking shape.

The process of making Dana’s ceremony gown included fabric development of a skin-tone illusion mesh and lace layering & placement. The gown’s toile was also refined to ensure the fit and final design reflected her modesty requirements.

Dana wanted to ensure her gown remained modest and that the sculptural one shoulder detail didn’t overwhelm her.

She wanted a manageable train for her reception as well.
